I would assume that Kushroom owns a bottling facility, intellectual knowledge (recipes), equipment etc. Thats way more then 1 million if its a legit company. And then for a mining company to purphase it (no experience), and then within weeks shares sky rocket overnight. When you put all this together its really shaddy.

Am I missing something?
