Looks like Tinley will qualify as a Type 9 retailer:
"Non-Storefront Retailer (Type 9): Sells and delivers cannabis goods to customers from a licensed premises that is not open to the public".
This prevents us from operating a storefront, but should allow for the home delivery option that is listed on TinleyCollective.
One of the
requirements for retailers is "All Cannabis goods must be placed in an
opaque exit package prior to leaving the premises".
I wonder if our bottles are considered opaque. It seams to me that they are see through. Is the solution as simple as a brown paper bag?
Temporary Cannabis Events - "Sales of Cannabis goods must be performed by a
retailer or microbusiness approved to engage in retail".
Looks like Tinley will be able to set up a booth at festivals and events (Think red bull booths).
"Consumption of alcohol or tobacco is not aloud on the premises"
I hope that this only applies to temporary events and does not rule out places like resteraunts (think appetite stimulant), casinos (obviously) and stadiums.
Looking forward to hearing about Tinley's license in the coming weeks.
