RE:RE:Very disappointed.

RE:RE:Very disappointed.I don't often say this to you Greede but your post was spot on and well said. Your breakdown was perfect. Hopefully we release each of those news items in separate releases as they come to fruition. They are all strong catalysts on their own and each 1 separately can move the bar higher. Stinging them together over the next month or 2 could really change the Tinley story in the market. Add 3rd qtr financials and we could see the run we've been waiting for with sustainability in the SP.

Overall, good corporate update offering general information on as much as they could for now.  Clearly things are looking good.  \

Some simpleton/bashers are saying this is fluff but as anyone who knows who follows this company, they never release fluff - they tell you as much as they can, there is information between the lines there.  As I read it, this is a very bullish update.

  • they've confirmed that they were able to fill all the orders they had to fulfill due to compliance issues "PLUS additional amounts."   Whatever that may be.
  • Tinley products are availble in most key markets in California.  Awesome. New requests are coming in from Cannabis lounges.
  • LBF is progressing at a good pace as is the manufacturer's licensing process and the buildout should be completed in the coming weeks, however they note that the existing facility is VERY able to handle capacity, so the LBF not being finished is not putting a giant stopper on bottling/sales progress.
  • Co-packing update indicates they have ALREADY formulated products for TWO prospective clients that are WIDELY known...in other words, imagine that NR when things get finalized.   Think about it.
  • Canada:  they've 'entered into agreements' with 2 companies.   So it's not official enough to warrant its own NR yet in writing but they're very close and that alone will also signify a very powerful NR especially if one or both names have clout.  TNY can be the choosey one here so I imagine it has to be: Canopy, ACB, Aphria, OG or TGOD.
  • Rick Gillis is constantly demonstrating his value and is replicating his proven formula for success in the alcohol world.  They are laying serious groundwork and building relationships because that's how you grow.

If there's a way for me to find a way to add - be it today or in the coming weeks, they've only given more reason for investors to feel confident in the process.  Not fluff, great update.

I don't think the next financials will blow anyone's hair back but like many, I feel this is baked into the price already, otherwise we would not be a $0.64 stock!  Great things coming.

On one hand I get that some of that information remains in the board room for competative reasons and legal mumbo-jumbo but there needs to be a stronger stance taken moving forward. I've been in the corporate environment and I've been on a high-level sales team. There ARE always forecasts to be given, monitored and reported upon. There are quotas, targets, sales growth expectations and so forth in ANY sales based organization. Unless Tinley is still "formulating the proof of concept" its time they start opening up the books a bit in their choice of wording.

Some examples:

We have fullfilled the re-stocking program necessitated by the legislative changes to labeling. While the $200,000 back-order that these changes casued will not show up as one reported revenue sum it has been sucessfully filled and will be reflected in various months throughout the 2nd and 3rd quarter. We are also pleased to report that our Coachella Valley facility is running an average throughput of 25,000 (or whatever the number is) per week to keep up with reorders that our back-order and sales sample runs created. This exciting trend further proves we have the right products in the right stores. We will continue to rely on Rick Gillis' direct sales expertise to grow and expand throughout California's dispensaries and consumption lounges.

We have developed formulation for TWO co-packing clients. While the details and legal commitment are still being finalized the current conversations confirm our previous notion that co-packing will present opportunities for significant revenue. In the case of these two clients, 50% (or whatever the number is) of our bottling capcity would be utilized by their products. Coachella can certainly handle this volume alongside Tinley's beverage suite but this revenue opportunity further illustrates the importance of the Long Beach facility's capacity and completion.

The Long Beach facility's completion and licensing is moving along well. We are pleased with the completion pace and confirm that it is weeks away from build-out. Completion and final submission for licensing are waiting on the following:
A)
B)
C)
etc.
Tinley expects these items to be resolved by August 30. At that time, we will confirm with the market that this timeline was reached and provide a similar update on what is required and the progress of such from a licensing stand-point.

Anyone notice a difference from my amateur wording versus the "official" update???!

Of course, if I've completely missed the mark here I'm always receptive to constructive conversation or likemindeness.

Cheers,
djgt
