Advertising and promotion

Advertising and promotionand the best kept secret outside of investigative investors, looking for the next hot company.  I am aware of the restrictions in regards to advertising adult vices and as far as thc infused beverages are concerned, in this case, our Tinley offerings, we should at least have a level playing field with Big Alcohol.  As it stands in Canada, my understanding is that advertising through conventional styles, tv and newspapers/publications/magazines has a lot of rules.  I have high hopes that info-mercials could be the segway to get our name known and our Becketts look alikes to our Tinley cannabinoid infused might be the legal loophole subject to scrutiny and more unjust rules in regards to our offerings.  Law and policy makers are fearful and coming up with creative and desperate resrictive covenants.  Last Superbowl, Acreage Holdings had an ad prepared and intentioned for the biggest advertising day of the year but it didn't make the cut or was rednecked in favour of the Budweiser dog and pony ad.  It was an honest attempt and money was spent to produce it which leads me to think that somehow it would conform to the rules surrounding pot ads.  That was the US though who are more liberal with advertising and packaging which makes them such great businesspeople and fills the shelves with consumables.  Our team Tinley has used social media and dropped hints of possible names of star power but I would like to reach those investors and consumers who don't use social media.  We don't want to draw scrutiny from any Federal department in the US that could derail what we are trying to do here.  Where there is a will, there is a way.  Somebody mentioned that they hadn't seen any Canopy/Tweed ads and nor have I.  They do seem to be selling themselves to the point that they can't keep them on shelves and I can only speak of my tastes and opinions, but they aren't very good!  That gives me great hope for our Tinley who have been getting favourable reviews.  This consumer is patiently waiting for better than what I can get in my area.  glta and dyodd
