Tinley's tech company Vertosa has already solved all of the challenges. You must be new here and don't know your information. The difference between nano emulsion and complete water solubility is negligent. You need to do more learning.

I dove back into some of this board's conversations regarding Level Up.
It seems some of you don't understand how important the emulsion tech is or you are trying to keep this issue hidden.
This tech allows for setting offset time which is necessary for government approval as well as product consistency.
The debate over nano emulsion, water soluble etc is why cannibus beverages have taken so long to come to market, and the lack of development in the area has lead to TERRIBLE TASTING BEVERAGES.
To my knowledge, there is only one company with the patent for a 100% water soluble solution.
They have a partner and its not Tinley.
