To balance this off, providing Tinley's makes a reasonable effort at applying, California will keep its provisional in effect until they approve the renewable one. The renewable is more challenging to get.
I am still unclear about whether or not the company can copack with just a Type N license. There is nothing that specifically says they can't, however the Type S does look like it is intended for copacking.
