Who's knee is on the neck of Tinley

Who's knee is on the neck of Tinleyand other potpreneurs such that we are capped in the .50c range?  California has some over-zealous law and policy makers for a progressive State that led the way for medical cannabis.

I know it is a conundrum that medicine can also be used for social ease which alcohol has dominated for centurys and built a functional business out of despite all of the detriment that it is blamed for and well documented.  Times are changing and consumers are leary of change but cannabinoids have had a good run since the 50s with very little detriment by comparison to legally and socially acceptable alcohol.

Tinley is a leader in California with the introduction of Cannabinoid infused, healthier, low cal and sugar alternatives to conventional alcohol in a time when consumers are becoming more health conscious and aware of what they are putting in their bodies.  What Tinley is doing is very scary for the protectors of society and the fact that Cannabis and hemp are used for both rec and health is confusing.  I think the biggest confusion comes from the ignorance and confusion born from the war on drugs back in the Nixon era where cannabinoids got bunched up with serious hardcore and addictive medicines which also succumbed to pleasure use by some.  That type of opiate is a serious problem compounded by some of our hero pharma providers and family doctors who added legitimacy to their use before recognizing the addiction problem that came with their use.  A lot of alcohol users also became addicted to alcohol and the costs to society are hard to calculate but significant.

Jeff and the Tinley team should be heralded for their development of a much safer alternative beverage product that emulates alcohol for social ease and anxiety and consumers also find pain relief and have switched off of oxy and percoset that have become serious problems for abusers.  Addiction to cannabinoids isn't a problem and deaths are close to zero.  Society is more well informed and smarter about their choices for what they put into their bodies.  I don't know how much influence big alcohol and big pharma have on our road to success but will suggest that they know cannabinoids are becoming recognized and some, ie: Constellation Brands are buying in to Cannabis and Hemp businesses, Constellation through Canopy Growth with heavy emphasis on beverages and great expectations for the bottom line for those infused beverages.  They also have eyes for California where out little old Tinley has been very busy navigating a changing field and rules to get to our goalposts.  If the Constellation/Canopy/Acreage trifecta start to lobby law and policy makers in California, that would be some serious push to move those guys off of their nitpicking and foot dragging that is multi-government politics to the extreme.

Tinley has done lots and continues to do so.  Some of the problems might have been handled better or more quickly and no doubt that some were out of our control or anybody elses.  I do sense the winds of change blowing and there are a couple of politicians that seem to have better proposals put together to steamline the legalities to launch the US greenrush.  That is a big something to look forward to.  glta and dyodd
