Stateside , there was a problem with 2000 cases needing different labels. I believe they wrote that off. That kind of shyt costs a lot of money so before you do a huge run of your product you better make sure it is done according to the wishes of the no-minds that are calling shots that they shouldn't be calling.
Law and policy makers need to listen to the industry and see which direction they are headed.
Different strengths of thc for Canada than Cali and I can only relate my own experience with the low thc versions, they were duds on both flavour and punch. I chose the 10 mg thc offerings after that experience.
These azzholz that are tweaking the rules up need to step back and let this industry unfold as the people want it, not trying to protect everybody.
The line has been put down and Tinley investors are expecting thc infused Tinley's in short order. I thought this was all full speed ahead a long time ago so we either had to change whoever we had in mind or get new ones. That was a little sneaky imho.
I'm excited for Tinley's in Canada as I am sure consumers are looking for better tasting products with effects that are discernable. Canopy's drinks were rippin' off shelves despite the shortcomings in the flavour department.
The US isn't even legal at the Federal level and they already have nicer packaging and promotional material that catches the eye of the consumer.
Sadly in Canada, all our products have to be clinical and plastered with warning labels and such.
