If the purpose of this transaction is to bring the price down, then why buying? Just keep selling. To me it looks like an accumulation. Specially when you have bashers that are constantly circling around the prey in hope to push prices down and pick up shares cheaper for their employers/ contractors.
yes it could be an individual who is buying shares through fidelity but it is a heck of money for individual to put into stock that has no future. I t smells like institutional buy here.
