The Tinley Beverage Company Inc., together with its subsidiaries, manufactures a line of non-alcoholic, cannabis-infused beverages for use in California, United States and in Ontario, Canada. The Company also manufactures cannabis-infused beverages for contract manufacturing clients. It offers terpene and cannabis-infused non-alcoholic Tinley's '27 and Tinley's Tonics products, for distribution to licensed dispensaries and home delivery channels in California. The Beckett's Classics and Beckett's '27 lines of non-alcoholic, terpene-infused non-cannabis versions of these formulations are available in select mainstream food, beverage, and specialty retailers in the United States as well as in select grocery and specialty stores in Canada. Its subsidiaries include Hemplify Inc., Algonquin Springs Beverage Management LLC, Beckett’s Tonics California Inc., Beckett's Tonics Canada Inc., Tinley's Canada Inc., and Lakewood Libations Inc.

It would be a mistake to consider "Fidelity" anything other than a brokerage firm that is used by a multiple of hedge funds etc. to accumulate shares that are conveniently harvested to fill up the shares vomited on a daily basis by Anonymous etc.

Prior to "Fidelity" being the harvester, the brokerage firm "Mackie" was performing exactly the same task for many years. This is all about incestual sucking and blowing by the big boys who have spread out ownership of million of shares in order to move the market at the direction that they have determined to follow. Obviously, for the past # of years, the Boys have shorted the $hit out of TNY and have basically retained their original positions thanks to conveniently hiding behind the disguise of Anonymous, Fidelity, Mackie. Also, don't believe that RBC, CIBC, National, and especially TD are retail trading. Not! Most of the recent trading by these firms are by the same players who ride on Fidelity and Anonymous! Just my honest opinion, of course!

Securing 6.2 million shares will not make Fidelity a owner by way of accumulating over 5% of shares for reasons specified above. The 6-month brokerage summary shows that Fidelity has actually accumulated almost 6.1 million shares Net. See info below.

as per SEC:
As per Schedule 13D: an SEC filing must be submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission within 10 days by anyone who acquires beneficial ownership of more than 5% of any class of publicly traded securities in a public company.

Based on outstanding shares, they don't have to report until they accumulate 6.2m (5%) or more shaares. From your numbers they and if it is a single entity/investor, they are almost at filing stage (355,500 more shares). I guess we'll find out soon.
