The Company announced its intention to produce for distribution Delta-9 THC versions of its formulas, in the 42 US states where such distribution and sales are permitted. Discussions are underway through our broker Emergent Beverages, and in parallel with our partners at BLH who are pursing their industry contacts with us for expansion of non-alcohol Beckett’s sales and for the near-term production and distribution of hemp-derived delta-9 THC-infused versions of our formulas. Production of all 8 Beckett’s non-alcohol SKUs, to fill existing purchase orders for replenishment at our current customer and for new distribution and sales, is expected to be completed before the end of Q1 2024.
