RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MDA

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MDAI'm sure Ted is a hard worker. But I feel he maybe better suited to be a behind the scenes type administrator. Take care of the contracts, order the supplies, keep up on regulations. Hes not the leader I thought he would be. Only now some 5 months later do I see he can't lead/ execute. This is a guy who put the agreement with Atlantic Distro in our MDA!!! He's a guy who thinks that the monthly.form 7 IS the corporate update. He said as much.

He's a nice guy but it's obvious he's in over his head in running a start-up company. Hes old school and while that does bring some value it just is not enough. Any substantial developments and there will be some I'm sure of it, will be the results of Shreyas and BLH with Ted's support.

We need a CEO/leader, NOT A CULSULTANT, who can get things done! Quite frankly if I were Ted I'd be doubting myself at this stage that I have what it takes. The beverage industry is tough and unfortunately it's passed Ted by.
