After reading, I'm not sure CEO knows wtf he is doing. He probably needs to go!

He got consulting fees of 216k in 2023.  Lol. Yet he claimed he received nothing. Actually he did get roughly 4million shares as payment didnt he? Losing confidence quickly.  Also contract manufacturers of NA drink spoiled our goods. Probably why we aren't seeing our drinks nationally yet and why Canoga is producing them now. Ted needs to go.

3.5 months with cash on hand and all we see is some restocking at TWM. No HD9 and still working on sleeve design. WTF. No amazing contracts frojm Shreyas rolodex. Why, they were supposedly ready back in Dec. Not a word on whether our bottling line is even producing our drinks or any of our clients beverages.  Not using Emergent to their full capabilities and they just took all their brands ...more

I've refrained but I feel Ted's the issue. It's obvious now. To your point. Also what CEO, of the very company he is running gets a consultant fee??? Is this guy all in or not?  Make Paul the CEO and dump Ted.

On the call from Nov 30, Paul was the guy that was pushing for immediate results to get HD9 and Becketts on the shelves for Dry Jan and Feb. You could hear the urgency in his voice about taking our drinks to market asap and to bring in thge immediate revs that would be associated with that. Instead we got the PP delayed while they decided to deal with debts owed to Blaze. That alone set us back ...more

I'm sure Ted is a hard worker. But I feel he maybe better suited to be a behind the scenes type administrator. Take care of the contracts, order the supplies, keep up on regulations. Hes not the leader I thought he would be. Only now some 5 months later do I see he can't lead/ execute. This is a guy who put the agreement with Atlantic Distro in our MDA!!! He's a guy who thinks that the ...more

no argument here. Ted works very hard but we need someone who works smart as far as beverages go.  I too think Ted would be better off letting go of the eigns tosomeone that can move this along. He now has a whack of shares and letting someone else grow the SP will benefit him more

Of course there is a light at the end of the tunnel. It just keeps moving further away, as Tinley gets closer.  Don't worry sooner or later someone will figure out what the situation is with arrogant Mr T.
