Weintraub

WeintraubName is memorable but actions elusive.

If somebody offered me free shares and such and probably a company credit card for expenses, I would take it,  just in case.

The whole drink business has potential for huge, steady profits if you have winning skus that develop marketshare.

And don't forget the pharmaceutical end.  I noticed Tilray is making noise about drinks for men's health.

Tinley has that potential although I don't think they have done anything to getting a drug investigation number or done any science study on it at all.

Pharmaceuticals and Beverages have been winning combinations for investors forever.

As far as the Delta line of beverages by Tinley or Becketts,  it is looking like we dodged a bullit with all of the rumblings from the do-gooder busybodys that are trying to save us from disaster.

The timing was sooner rather than later now that the opposition to Delta products has drawn negativety instead of roaring out of the chocks as a legal nook to get fun, buzzy products past the lawmakers under the Agriculture Act or however they introduced it.

Tinley had to dump a bunch of product from mislabeling because of a change in the rules or laws.

As soon as a product is manufactured it becomes a liability from such things as mislabeling, shelf-life, breakage and delivery before payment.  Also the samplers without magic ingredient are freebies and I guess, the rest of the samplers are too.

We are fighting for the most expensive real estate space in the world which is shelfspace in a cooler or a prominent display shelf and then it is up to the consumer to decide if you have a winner or a dud.

The Beckett's concept seems to have found a niche and it is up to our promoters to capitalize on it.  Lyres seems to be doing allright and maybe there is room for Beckett's no buzz or alcohol option skus.

Everybody, it seems has backed off on their ambitions to produce thc infused beverages, at least the serious interests have, like Molson Coors and some of the other beer company players that have gone quiet.

What can our people do with a couple of award winning beverage skus.

First we have to get them manufactured and secondly, to shelves for consumers to decide.

I probably have more skin in the game than Weintraub and have been around since the beginning.

Maybe somebody should have offered me the same deal as Weintraub!

I am invested.  Actually left $300k on the table with this one.

US descheduling or Federal legalization will help as will huge attrition of potpreneurs and supply.

Or California could be a viable business with our own value added production and maybe a little co-bottling on the side.
