Amazing news today!

The best part was a minimal PP that will give the Company enough working capital to get this show on the road.

Interesting to see Anonymous and the likes programmed to bring the share price to refelect the PP as though there was a couple of hunderd million share dilution!

I would love to take a final stab at these Boxing Day prices but all my line of credit accounts are maxed out to the limit.

I think all Tinley investors are fully maxed as well as we sit on the Tinley Train awaiting a sweet ride into some very Green pastures! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Unfortunately the NR said this is the first tranche of the PP, meanning , similar to the last few there will be another raise within a few weeks. I expect continued downward movement on the SP as shareholders sell to participate in the raise to get the warrants. I wish Jeff would just announce the entire PP at once, now we gotta watch the SP dip the next 1-2 weeks before the 2nd one closes

I agree with that sentiment but on the upside the absolute bottom is 0.40 on my opinion.

It no longer makes sense for existing shareholders to sell their shares and buy back into the deal sub 50c. The warrant is only worth about a nickel so it doesn't make sense to sell below 45-46 and then buy into the deal at 50. The final tranche closes next Friday so there's only a few trading days left to get sub docs in, and then the stock should start working its way back up to where it

I will again be participating in this placement and something tells me this may be the last warrant Tinley will ever give to me :). Anyone not buying this thing under $.50 was designed to lose. No brainer!

I'm a buyer today Master Chan, at $0.46.  But a bit annoyed/surprised I had the opportunity given how strong the news has been of late.  Strange trading.
