Are we late again?

Mid-July passed last week with no news...would it be reasonable to say that the cannabis has been delivered, the manufacturer has tested the equipment and they will be putting the final touches on our first post facility news release today?

Also were the two bottles in the fridge with the new labels a little foreshadowing that the line is rolling.

Does anybody other than the December man really feel as though we could make it through another week with no news?

If I recall, correctly, from the previous update, ingredients for production of the first post licensing products were to be delivered in mid-July and production was to begin shortly thereafter.  I suspect that we should be hearing from TNY by the end of the month as to the status of production and the fullfillment of orders.  I imagine that they will be starting out slowly to  get

Not the end of the world if they are late on this guidance but it would be disappointing. This is the first timeline given outside of the licensing era, would have been a boost in confidence (mine at least) if they were able to achieve it. Any announcement this week would qualify as on time in my eyes.

Agreed, totally not the end of the world but it goes a long way in establishing trust when your management team says they will do something and they do it within the timeline they provide.  I fully appreciate we are dealing with obstacles but this whole meeting guidance or not meeting guidance is like 50 first dates!  It would be nice to sink our teeth into some new information...trying

I think news will be released with the closing of the 2nd Tranche. It makes sense to boost the sp for those that just participated in the PP. I heard a rumour that today the paperwork had to be in to complete the purchase of shares so that means we could seean anouncement any day closing the deal and likely announcing that the LBF is up and running. That keeps us in the mid July timeframe if it

Everyone knows that next NR will announce the financing is closed, the facility is operating in full swing (or close to) and a disclosure of 3-5 co packing clients. The real question is when? Every night is like Christmas Eve right now and I think you have to be right saying we'll hear something this week. Has to be this week I would imagine. Very exciting. Our patience will be handsomely
