How do we know when the pics were taken? Are these from over December or did they actually get shelf space and if they did why no NR?

The price indicates a manufacturer's discount.  Anything ending in 99 is normal Costco price. x.59 indicates Tinley's has given a discount to Costco. Good call I did not notice the price... doesn't that mean that they are trying to sell them out it is a special item and will not be restocked. The special price I mean... this is a Costco trick, when u see the special price but it cause it won't get restocked??

Here is a good overview of how Costco works for gaining bricks and mortat shelf space. A friend of mine is now a VP, prior to that a buyer, and we discussed product placement, which is why I wasn't sold on the pop up at Christmas.
