If the perfect storm event happened for TNY and its shareholders in your eyes, what would it be? Asking because TNY is a small company with light pockets that unfortunately has no choice but to go to the market for c@$h from time to time.  The dilution is minimal in comparison to most MJ companies. Plus the ones that do get big financings, for the most part spend it like drunken sailors with ...more

Before I answer your questions, I want to clarify some things you said first. They don't go to market for cash "from time to time". They go every quarter or two at most and they spend it like drunken sailors. They had literally nothing going on and still burned 700k per month. This tells me they don't plan accordingly and can't manage money. Don't compare TNY to other ...more

Aren't we all smart @$$es here? 100% agree the shift in focus has been detrimental to the company and in the longer term given the insane amount of competition, their inability to distribute and stock product will likely lead to Beckett's going the way of the do do bird.  If I'm wrong so be it but focus on your core competencies and nail those down first, then embark on the side ...more

Honest question. What are their "core competencies"? I'm having a really hard time answering that to myself after being around for a few years and watching this slow moving train wreck. I think we can safely agree that beverage production, distribution and payment collection are not it.
