The strong week of buying continues.TOC traded almost 200,000 shares and closed at the all-time high of $0.90 that was set the other day. Relentless buying is always good to see because anyone buying at these price levels is looking for much higher prices to get their return. Sure there are risks with a low float stock but the benefits far outweigh the risk if they execute properly. Thus far, the returns have been excellent.
