Tocvan Ventures Corp C.TOC

Alternate Symbol(s):  TCVNF

Tocvan Ventures Corp. is a Canada-based early-stage natural resource company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and, if warranted, development of mineral properties. The Company has two projects, the flagship Pilar Gold Project and the El Picacho Gold Project in the Sonora State of Mexico. The Company’s flagship project Pilar Gold is located approximately 130 kilometers (km) southeast of the capital of Sonora, Hermosillo. The project is fully road accessible and takes approximately two hours to drive to from Hermosillo to the town of Suaqui Grande on paved highway. From Suaqui Grande to the project site is approximately 30 mins on gravel road. The El Picacho Gold-Silver property is interpreted as an orogenic gold system within the regional Caborca Orogenic Gold Belt. The project is 140 km north of Hermosillo and totals 24 square kilometers (km2).

Bulk samples identified with surface channel sampling.

Bulk samples identified with surface channel sampling.
Tocvan provided an important update on Pilar this week. It is great to see the 1,000 m bulk ton heap leach test is well underway in an effort to determine the viability of advancing Pilar to production. The good part about Pilar is mineralization generally starts at the surface, thus making this process easier and cheaper. The first step is to systematically collect surface samples in an unbiased statistical manner to establish in-situ concentrations of gold and silver

Quote.... "..... Channel sampling was completed every five metres perpendicular to exposed mineralization and alteration at surface along the Main zone and 4-T trends. Eight locations were sampled to test varying levels of exposed mineralization; all eight trench locations returned anomalous gold and silver values...."

I am very impressed with the exposed strike length at the surface..... for example, 35, 20 and 25 meters trench lengths from the Main Zone and 4-T trend. Not to quote Brodie here but I am extremely encouraged with these results, exceeding my expectations and showcasing the potential for consistent high-grade gold with silver concentrations. The concentrations are certainly representative of a robust system starting at the surface.

Quote.... ".....At the Main zone, trench TR-2023-01, seven samples over a 35-metre trend returned an average grade of 2.2 grams per tonne Au and 14.2 g/t Ag, ranging from 8.3 g/t to 0.1 g/t Au. Along trench TR-2023-02, five samples over a 20-metre trend returned an average grade of 2.8 g/t Au and 9.5 g/t Ag, ranging from 7.1 to 0.7 g/t Au. Trench TR-2023-07 consisted of five samples along a 25-metre trend which returned an average grade of 2.2 g/t Au and 30.5 g/t Ag, ranging from 7.3 g/t to 0.1 g/t Au. Along the Main zone south trend, anomalous values of gold and silver were returned at surface where mineralization is known to be more pronounced at depth, confirmed by drill hole JES-22-62, which returned 108.6 m of 0.8 g/t Au. In total, 37 channel samples were collected across the property; 22 samples returned values above 0.15 g/t Au, including 12 samples above one g/t Au...."

Another important aspect is Pilar's location with a private mining company less than 25 km away who have the facilities to conduct the heap leach sample, also an independent qualified professional specializing in the metallurgy of oxide gold deposits will manage the process. Sure sounds like this company (whoever they are) are interested in being involved in managing Pillar's production, thus greatly reducing the cost in bringing Pilar to production.

Quote.... "...Bulk sample material will be extracted and prepared for processing by heap leach method at a private mining operation less than 25 kilometres to the west of Pilar. Information from the sample will aim to provide a more detailed account of expected head grade and recovery percentage of gold along with providing key information to optimize future production facilities. In co-ordination with the bulk sample, additional metallurgical sampling will be completed to identify gold characteristics to further improve gold extraction techniques. The process will be managed by an independent qualified professional specializing in the metallurgy of oxide gold deposits. Total duration of the processing and analysis of the bulk sample is expected to span three to four months depending on the rate of precious metals actively recovered through the heap leach process. The information provided from the sample will be used for planning in coordination for permitting full-scale mine and process facilities on site at Pilar..."

My simple conclusion, making money takes time but Tocvan is certainly in a position to provide a great return for investors. Tocvan has only about 38 M shares, just raised over $600,000 and have a financial facility they can draw down well over the next year ($5.12 M in total). If one compares the capital structure and progress at Pilar to other early stage junior mining companies, it should be clear that the methodical and prudent approach Brodie (CEO) is taking will benefit existing shareholders over time.

I expect in-fill drilling to resume at Pilar soon, and also for the drills to be turning shortly at El Picacho.

Also they just put out a Press Release at the end of this week indicating that Tocvan will appear on both Newsmax TV and FOX Business Network. EXPOSURE to new shareholders who invest in early stage production companies is important over time for an emerging mining compnay.

Newsmax TV airs Episode 441, Saturday, February 25, 2023, at 3:30 PM ET, featuring the following Corporate Guests:

1). Mining - Tocvan Ventures Corp.'s (OTCQB: TCVNF) (CSE: TOC) (FSE: TV3) ($TCVNF) interview with Brodie Sutherland, P.Geo., CEO.

FOX Business Network airs Episode 443, Monday, February 27, 2023, at 10:30 PM PT, featuring the following Corporate Guests:

1). Mining - Tocvan Ventures Corp.'s (OTCQB: TCVNF) (CSE: TOC) (FSE: TV3) ($TCVNF) interview with Brodie Sutherland, P.Geo., CEO.
