RE:RE:Quiet week waiting for the Private Placement to close.Private Placements get delayed for a variety of reasons, the biggest part is getting everyone to sign and transfer documents back, then arranging for funds to be sent and clear the banks. Placement I have been involved with always have some people with more complicated reasons, such as travel, sickness, family matters, etc, I am sure moving money for a PP is the last thing on their mind. However, I am confident we are going to close, just need a little patience.
