Anyone touting that kind of jump in stock price is most likely not to be taken seriously, but if there is an exploration program in motion results good or bad will come in time.
Quick big jump could be caused by a deal that I know nothing about, if someone claims to know about a pending deal, good for them but every company is talking deals right now, most of them will not happen, of those that do some will be good and others not so much..
