retail investors What you are seeing now is smaller retail investors flocking to the stock. "dumb money", people who just opened accounts. I make this statment because of the much higher total number of bids, but share volume on the bid is lower. Lots of people buying 500/1000 shares. I would expect a private placement soon, but i don't think we need the money at this time. It will of course be done by a hedge fund that has shorted the stock. Same as I suspect in the MMED deal.
