Capital raise
I would be surprised if they do a raise before they reach 3 dollars.

Raise will come closer to the end of their contract with the wall street reporter. They spent 100k to raise the interest and hype in the stock, once the price runs up, do the raise. At the same time this expense really benefits all the board members, advisors etc... with stock and options. Allows them to take profit in the new year.
