WoW this blows my little mind

Pay 5 million at .44 so their 9 million at .255 is worth 15 million, never mind warrents, options and the like.
This seems shady and heck to me, maybe a bit bitter I sold out what I purchased back when it was pennies but want to get back in and getting a little timid, maybe try another similar one and sit this out for now, what to do!!!
