If I buy 1000 warrants at 0.36 now and exercise it before 23 July 2024. Do I have to pay 0.38 per warrant on top of my 0.36 I payed to get a share if price goes above $1 or more than I make more money?

Yes. You are right, when you turn your warrant to stock, you pay the excersie $0.36. But I do see a clause on the warrant, stating that is the vwap is above $0.89 for 10 straight days. The company may accelerate the expired with a written notice. Normally is 30 days after the written notice.

Correct They can give 30 days written notice any time after stock has been above $0.89 for 10 straight days.
