I haven't the time or the resources to investigate, but if I did and wanted to invest heavily in this stock, I would first find out who they bought this farm from. Any connections? Was the farm sold twice in the last year or so? How much did it sell for in the first sale if it was? Next would be to look at the deal itself. Does the seller retain ANY ownership in ANY way that would see
