RE:RE:More Eastern DRC Violence... I have a friend who has done some pretty serious security work in DRC. He is far more knowledgeable about the country and its problems. My friend advises countries like this on how to build security systems. He is an expert. I have read plenty about DRC and it colonial past. And I am aware of the ongoing proxy conflict in eastern DRC between Hutu and Tutsi, which stems from the Rawanda genocide of 1994. I sponsor relief agencies and have traveled through east Africa. But I am well aware that I am not an expert
DRC has a long way to go. TTX is trying to do business in a difficult place to succeed in the best of times.
