AVZ is halted and they just announced a 50M financing with an institution at 50 cents while the stock was trading at .645 cents. We don't know precisely why this financing yet. At this time they don't have a mining license. So like TTX there are also risks involved.
As far as TTX is concerned, it is still possible to have the results before Christmas but also later as you mentionned. In the meantime as discussions with Ximei are going well, an agreement might happen soon about production at Lubule.
This situation might explain both volatility and the weird behavior of the stock, not excluding spoofing.
