Either itsNo, they'd just release them with the caveat that they don't meet 43-101 standards, simple as that.  The only reason they refuse to disclose the PEA results that makes any sense is .. they sucked and they don't want investors to know.  Remember, they pretty much wiped out 4 out of 5 of the waste piles simply by virtue of the assay numbers they already released.  The PEA is nothing but the last nail in the coffin.

Put it this way ... if there was anything remotely viable there do you think they would have let the mining license expire and not bother to renew it?

Also betting there is a good reason you haven't seen TTX Director and anon stockhouse poster TinTaLi posting at all in the last few months....
