I'm sure Anon is dumping this garbage for a very good reason. Hey, how's that alluvial production coming along? The one they haven't even drilled yet? the one that was supposed to start back in March, then April, then May, then June, now its the second half of July. The pumpers here never seem to have an answer for that one.

If that plant is not up and operating at a profit in the coming months you will see dilution. It takes time to tune production. And this team lacks experience doing so.

I agree with you. But anything is possible. They have published pictures of the plant. And it looks like it is being assembled. Also, perhaps they have an idea as to how much tin they can extract. And are winging it. A bad business plan to be sure. Mr market does not have confidence in what is happening. Constantly overpromising and underdelivering does that.
