No news about the missing processing plant but

the financial statements were released yesterday ... LOL... This company is in a world of schitte.  They have $343K in Cash but over $14 MILLION in Trade and Loans Payable.  But hey don't worry the "Related Party Transaction" page (what they give themselves) is over a page long and turns out insiders are doing just fine with "consulting" fees, Director fees, Management fees and stock-based compensation.
