Rebel Group Blocks Tantalum Trade Route
It's possible that TTX was unable to transport its tantalum when it reported the export of an unknown quantity of tin. Frank Dodd demands that trade routes be conflict free. Much of the tantalum produced makes it way through Goma to neighbouring Rwanda. Some of this trade is illicit and controlled by Mai Mai. What route does TTX intend to use? Tradable and conflict free is essential.
Rebel groups interfere with these trade routes. Making it almost impossible to adhere to the law.
