Based on yesterday's NR, c.TTX Insider, Simon Collins, has

picked up another 9+ Million shares of c.TTX!! As I mentioned in previous posts, Simon KNOWS!!!

Simon Collins, a director of the corporation, acquired 9,778,571 common shares for total consideration of $342,250. The participation of Mr. Collins, an insider of the corporation, constitutes a related-party transaction within the meaning of Multilateral Instrument 61-101 (Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions).

And my thoughts here is that his company is going to take out c.TTX and perhaps, take it private!!!!
