The property comprises eight contiguous mineral claims totaling 1647.24 hectares (ha). The Red Basin property is located in Catron County, New Mexico, United States of America. The property is located approximately 15 miles northeast of Pie Town, New Mexico, approximately 80 miles east-northeast of Springerville, Arizona and approximately 85 miles southwest of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

URM.c Securing Funds for Property Development and Expansion

First American Uranium (URM.c or FAUMF for US investors) owns The Silver Lake Property in north-central British Columbia, consisting of 8 contiguous mineral claims. Extensive exploration work, including sampling, surveys, and drilling, has been conducted on the property.

Additionally, the company's Red Basin Uranium/Vanadium Project in New Mexico has significant exploration history and the potential to become an advanced stage project.

URM recently completed a private placement, raising gross proceeds of $394,997 for the development of both properties, as well as for new projects, acquisitions, marketing, and working capital.
