When the high profile gurus aren't shouting form the highest mountains about latest results and are badically silent you know they were less than great

Time to consider replace the CEO and get rid of Eric the no nothing geologist just demoted.as is


  I know the CEO is a nice guy but you know what they say  "Nice Guys Finish Last"

A great promoter at best who's promoting has done squat except raise expectations with no results of consequence. Better to have a person in place to find results  not smiles at interviews
