Now my take and rebuttal/Reservations

1). PG points out how other JV's with majors turned to be homeruns for the junior when they hit it big and gives 3 examples in ehich the major walked away. I bet there are far more examples where a major walked away and the project withered into nothing.

2).  They have just a few million in the coffers so really can only drill a small amount with no real robust program like at Palmer.. This also would be at the detriment of other projests like Goosebury and Tuscacora to name two which it looks like they have all but given up on

3). If, with the few million, and a limited drill program they come up less than stellar results no one will be knocking at the door at all except at a ridiculous value if that at all

4). The only other recourse would be to raise funds causing dilution at a ridiculously low stock price a;ready

This in affect may be a one horse pony at Palmer or nothing IMHO
