300K share cross between Beacon accounts is responsible for almost all of the volume. Stock is in the RED while every other cannabis stock is in the GREEN with large percentage increases.
Marijuana Moment reported that Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) is circulating the States Reform Act as a measure to legalize and tax cannabis on a federal level from the Republican side of the aisle. This and some M&A rumours that Altria may buy the 55% of Cronos that it doesn't already own is creating some optimism in the sector.
I guess no one is interested today in acquiring VIBE or its shares.
