duh! vibe is a micro cap stock always the last to move. most likely vibe investors were not sleeping at all and investing on the news in larger cannabis companies like myself did, for me i bought in to cura and ogi very early in the run within minutes of the news breaking. my guess is check aka davgro missed out LMFAO.
