Plus limited licensing starting July.  Stuff like this should move California plays fast.  Lets see what happens.

Yep, it moved VIBE (a California MSO) from $0.17 to $0.125, a loss of 27% in the 9 days since the announcement.  Now that is fast !! The Idiot Elijah never fails to disappoint VIBE investors.  VIBE at $5 by Xmas, right Prophet ?? VCAN 2.0
