Seems like permits are not in hand (yet),... & the end of January sure seems like a long time for a start. [ I picked up a few...] Big 'gap' of time to keep this price aloft. This Management does not seem that prolific with 'press releases'. (?) GaL (New Owner)

Highlights:

Victory has filed a notice of operations toward permitting for commencement of drilling on Loner property.
The first pass drilling program aims to confirm intersections of gold-bearing quartz vein with historical workings.
Permit pending, Victory intends to begin a 500 m short-hole drill program in late January.
