RE:RE:Update: Health Canada I hate to say it because I'm also invested in this company and hoping for the HC approval but the website is updated daily. It does mention that it could take up to 48 hours after a device is under evaluation to show up on the list.
Important to note is that you only get on that list after passing screening, which, if I recall correctly is a 10 day period from submission. Vahid did mention that he was going back and forth with HC since they were requesting information. I hope he was able to submit all the information HC required or is in the process of gathering the data.
the only other possibility is that safetest did pass screening but it's not showing up on the list because they did not agree to make it public. I honestly don't think VST would disagree to this since it seems like they love the constant flow of news/updates.
To sum it up either:
1) safetest did not pass screening
2) safetest is still in screening process, pending additional information
3) safetest has already passed screening but it's not showing up on the list because the applicant (VST) did not agree to it
im hoping it's either 2 or because generally speaking if something gets FDA and EU approval, they also get HC approval as standards are typically pretty similar
