I did see a post showing his position and average cost per share but I did not see a date. SCRN was clearly his largest position. He did seem sincere to me.
Regardless his 3 million shares are peanuts and when the stock is trading 20,000,000 shares daily really has no impact in my opinion. He could easily sell his position with little impact to the share price with the huge volume it trades daily.
