First of all he does stretch the boundaries of truth a little in terms of his description of self ....and can't spell "waste" .....but some of his warning may have (a little) merit.
Having said that David Lenigas is a brash, rich Aussie who is accused of leaving shareholders in his wake .....there is quite a bit of info that appears to support this. BUT he has nothing to do with SCRN so is immaterial to SCRN.
Elixxer became among other things, a company that was going to make it rich in the cannabis scene in Canada. Like the MAJORITY of companies that jumped on this bandwagon they convinced others to invest heavily and delivered poorly. The carnage was felt and continues to be felt by the majority of shareholders of ALL these companies including Elixxer. Is this material to SCRN ....that's a challenging question.
As for John McMullen ...his past is definitely not as wild or as sordid as one can easily find with Lenigas. Did he participate in bilking shareholders in Elixxer ....I'm not sure there is any direct connection. In the end if he had postulated wildly fraudulent predictions on its success, chances are shareholders might have been encouraged to take legal action. In the end outside of completely disingenuous forecasting we're all responsible for our own DD.
I would suggest that John has delivered on and provided transparency as relates to revenue and forecasting for SCRN (after all he is allowed to learn from past transgressions ...if there is even evidence of such). Will he be able to create FV for the company post covid ....that's a different question?
In the meantime each and every investor should make themselves informed, regardless of the stock, and make the best choice for them. I'm certainly not ready to dismiss the significant potential for SCRN yet .....but that's just mho.
