RE:RE:RE:RE:scrn show about to startCan you explain what dates you are refering to ? I see two dates . LOI and Definitive Agreements are to seperate events and if you are refering to those there is nothing wrong here !!

a Letter of Intent (the "LOI") on May 11, 2021, to acquire the assets of CENTRED Ventures, LLC ("CENTRED")

Definitive Agreement will be signed on or before June 31st, 2021 (the "Closing Date") or such other date as mutually agreed to by the parties.
