if they already know the sp price that this mystery entity will be paying, this will also help the new entity to pay less than otherwise allowing the market to decide on the sp.
I hope the price that they will be paying is higher than the average BE price for retail, but I doubt it, at this stage, I am in damage control mode to minimize my losses, I am guessing the average retail BE is around .07, they may sell it for .05 or .06, still screw us and yet at least double their investment if their BE is .025/share...
Let's hope the sp is over .07...
