Well this is an interesting perspective. Do you really think Lena would allow herself to be CEO of something so shady and at the expense of the reatil investor? It would ruin her reputation. First of all there are approximately 380 million outstanding shares ...so any individual, group or institution wanting to have the kind of control CM is inferring would need to have accumulated more than half of these shares. Sorry, Smokey1958 I cannot give you the names of the companies, I have more than one example of companies going private and playing this game, it is not spelled out or dictated out in the open and you never see it unless you are an insider and witness the transaction inside out.  We were told nothing, many of us sold our shares prematurely because the stock seemed like dead money, and guess
