RE:RE:RE:i have to admit,, never seen a company post NR NONE of the insiders spent the same amount at the same time. If that were the case they would ALL now have the same number of shares. As it turns some of the four insiders did buy shares on some of the same dates but did so at different times, acquiring different volumes, at different share prices.
As of today the total purchase price that individual insiders have spent acquiring ScreenPro shares ranges from ~ $47,000 to ~ $69,000.
There are enough conspiracy theories evolving on this board ....a couple of which may prove to have merit. As of now there is no proof of any ...and it serves no useful purpose to create more ....without proof.
