Covid testing is fantastic, insiders have put their money where their mouths are and Add Biomedical may have more serious upside than appeared in spite of an over valuation imho ....but this acquisition, if true, "smells" bad. Hopefully there is a GREAT DEAL of explanation if it comes to fruition ....interesting that once again there is a South Korea connection.

At a time when the markets are bleeding, and manipulation is still at the fore, a questionable acquisition is the last thing ScreenPro (and its retail investors) need.
