Why so much love for Morningstar? Have you spent much time following their price targets across a multitude of companies and exchanges? Their accuracy is embarrasing. I personaly would never use them as a part of my DD.
It looks like Lena is back to her old tricks. $2.2M to aqquire a make believe company. I did the company search on the ADD deal and discovered the sleaziness of Van Benthem. So far nothing good has come out of that deal. Who is going to take a deep dive into Nature Van? Thanks to the RS that we all paid for and the tightening of the float Lena is able to pay for the new garbage aquisition with you guessed it more dilution.
